We came into the market looking for a house to buy as we suddenly had people come to us wanting to buy our former residence. The process started with Jim as recommended buyer's agent by Zillow as that is where we began our search. As the market was tight for the market we were looking in, Jim was very prompt in getting us showings for the houses we wanted to look at. He provided us fast comparisons to houses we were interested in and had great recommendation for mortgage agency. He also had excellent knowledge of asking price vs value of the properties we were shown based on age, location, construction, etc. Although the house we made our first offer on didn't come to us, he was diligent in his search. When we decided to move our market up a little, he was able to get us a prompt showing and acceptance of an offer. Although we ended up not using getting a loan, the mortgage agency he recommended was very understanding as we had a delay in the sale by owner of our prior home. Jim was more than willing to get our former home on the market for us if our buyers didn't pan out. Fortunately, the buyers of our former home got their financing and everything worked out.
